Test MUST be booked in advance by contacting the Immunology Laboratory on 9345 5725. Please specify which testing is required, i.e. LOF or GOF.
This test requires a time matched healthy control sample. See

Interstate Referred Specimens:
Please organise for the sample to be collected from the patient in the afternoon and for the courier to deliver to the RCH Immunology Laboratory by 9:00am the following morning.
The sample must be transported at room temperature. Ensure the sample is appropriately insulated to provide protection from fluctuations in ambient temperature during transport.

Locally Referred Specimens:
All samples must arrive in the RCH Immunology Laboratory by 11:00am on the day of collection.

Laboratory Notes:  
Do NOT spin or aliquot (specimen needs to be kept sterile). Keep at room
