Maternal: 18mL EDTA & 12mL Serum GEL
Paternal Blood: 18mL EDTA
Child: 4-6mL EDTA or Buccal swab & 1-2mL Serum GEL

Requesting Clinician MUST book test with VTIS Platelet and Neutrophil lab on 9694 0354.

Child: A stored EDTA is acceptable.

COLLECTION NOTES:
Please confirm with VTIS of booking. Samples ONLY to be collected on Monday's after 3pm. Keep all samples at Room Temperature 

LABORATORY NOTES:
Send samples same day at Room Temperature.
