SEND All bloods (ex NST) below to Lab on Ice Pillow. 

• Fluoride Oxalate 1 x 0.5mL (Glucose & Lactate)
• Fluoride Oxalate 2 x 0.5mL (Free fatty Acids & Ketone - VCGS)
• Serum GEL        2 x 0.5mL (Cortisol, Insulin & hGH)
• Lithium Heparin  1 x 0.5mL (Ammonia)
• Lithium Heparin  2 x 0.5mL (Amino Acids - VCGS)
• NST Card (send air dried and in envelope - not plastic specimen bag)
