Serum: Centrifuge, aliquot andÌýfreeze (Frozen Sendaway Aliquots cryobox)

BALÌý-Ìýfreeze (Frozen Sendaway Aliquots cryobox)

Bacteriology to forward BAL aliquot toÌýSR with copy of request form AND Forwarding form stating "-70 storage". SR to store in "Frozen Sendaway Aliquots cryobox inÌý-70°C freezer.

Send to testing laboratory on dry ice. Do not pack dry ice in a sealed container.Ìý Use appropriate PPE.
