Adult: 12mL EDTA and 12mL Serum GEL
Child: 4-6mL EDTA and 1-2mL Serum GEL 

Requesting Clinician MUST book test with VTIS Platelet and Neutrophil lab on 9694 0354.

NOTE: For difficult or paediatric collections 1-2mL EDTA and GEL is acceptable.

COLLECTION NOTES:
Please confirm with VTIS of booking. Samples ONLY to be collected on Monday's. Keep all samples at Room Temperature 

LABORATORY NOTE:
Send samples same day at Room Temperature.
