APCR is a clot-based screening assay for Factor V Leiden Mutation G1691A. Decreased APCR

ratio suggests presence of Factor V Leiden mutation and should be confirmed by DNA Analysis.

³§±ð±ðÌýFactor V Leiden mutation G1691A genotypingÌý. DNA analysis for Factor V Leiden is not

indicated if APCR ratios are within the normal range unless there is a strong family history of

Factor V Leiden mutation.
